In 2004, the brother of one of our cofounders was a junior in college. He lived in a student co-op called the Zoo, 1 and someone was stealing his pork chops.
So he taped a flyer* to the fridge. It elicited the following responses:
- The culprit checked into the ER.
- Police were notified.
- Police investigated.
- University brass got involved.
- Authorities called home.
- Everyone was in a dither.
- A cop’s hat allegedly disappeared.
- Authorities were pissed.
- Time went by.
- Everyone laughed.
